1. Introduction
Welcome to DeepRamadhan (“we,” “our,” or “us”). This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from our application hosted at https://www.deepramadhan.app and https://portal.deepramadhan.app.
2. Google User Data Disclosures
When you authenticate via Google OAuth, we access your email address, name, and profile picture. This data is used solely to create your account and personalize your spiritual dashboard.
DeepRamadhan's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
3. Information We Collect
- Account Data: Email and profile info provided by Google/Supabase Auth.
- Usage Data: Prayer tracking, Quran progress, and spiritual goals you manually input.
- Payment Data: We do not store credit card info. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy.
- AI Interactions: Input provided to the “Akhi” companion to generate schedules.
4. How We Share Your Information
We use the following processors to provide our service:
- Supabase: For secure database storage and authentication.
- Lemon Squeezy: As our Merchant of Record for secure payment processing. They collect your billing info per their Privacy Policy.
- OpenAI: To process your spiritual goals and provide personalized AI coaching via our companion “Akhi.”
5. Data Retention & Security
We retain your spiritual progress data as long as your account is active. We use industry-standard encryption provided by Supabase (PostgreSQL) to protect your data at rest and in transit.
6. Your Rights & Deletion
You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting akhi@deepramadhan.app. Upon request, we will delete all your personal records from our database within 30 days.
