1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DeepRamadhan (“the App”), a product of Deep Ramadhan, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service & AI Use

DeepRamadhan is a digital spiritual productivity platform. It provides tools for prayer tracking, Quran progress, and personalized scheduling.

AI Disclaimer: Some features, including the “Akhi” companion, utilize Artificial Intelligence (OpenAI). While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content is for informational and motivational purposes only and should not be taken as formal religious rulings (Fatwas) or professional advice.

3. Personal Use Only

The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Use the App for any commercial purpose or resell access.
• Attempt to bypass any technological measures or “gate” mechanisms.
• Use the Service to generate prohibited or harmful content as defined by our AI safety guidelines.

4. Payment & Pricing

One-Time Access: Access to DeepRamadhan requires a one-time license fee of $10 USD (Individual), $50 USD (Family Hadiya Bundle), or $299 USD (Community Hadiya Pack). This is a lifetime access license for the current version of the platform.

Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They provide all customer service inquiries and handle returns.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund via our Refund Policy. After 7 days, all sales are final due to the digital nature of the service.

6. User Accounts & Data

You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials used to access the Service via Google OAuth or Email. We reserve the right to remove or reclaim any username or account that we determine to be inappropriate or in violation of these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding AI-generated text), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Deep Ramadhan.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Deep Ramadhan, nor its directors or employees, be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Service.
